Project of renovating this house was quite complex, since the house was built in 1962, it needed new electric and plumbing installations, we had to drain the walls and get rid of mould. The roof wooden structure and roofing was replaced as well. Interior design was done more or less in a tuscan - italian style with colorful wall painting and painted furniture decor.

Exterior facade is in warm red combined with grey marble sticks mosaic.
